Hi Debbie,

Love your rotations, thanks for doing this again. The links work fine for me.

Trying to choose betwee three of your rotations for this month

Hello Debbie (If I may be so bold),

I'm Teals. I'm writing to ask you about three of your rotations that I'm thinking about starting this weekend. I need to choose one of them and I'd like your advice. I'm toying with the One-Body Part per Week Rotation (8/28/05), the Endurance Rotation (using premixes - advanced) or the Total Body Endurance Rotation (Aug 2006).

I was all set to do the one body part per week rotation but then I read something in one of your other rotation threads that for fat loss and sculpting that endurance workouts are the way to go. The one body part rotation appears to have sufficient cardio and since most days it's paired with the weight work, I thought it might still work for fat loss and sculpting If I keep the weights low.

I definitely need the fat loss and I definitely want my legs leaner without the bulk.

Please let me know your thoughts. I appreciate your contributions to the Cathe forum.

Hi Teals!
You will get fat loss with the one body part rotation because there is cardio with it each day. If you are more concerned about losing fat and getting defined, don't go real heavy with the weights.

The other 2-3 days I do a cathe workout usually hardcore series or bootcamp something with cardio and weights. I have about 10 lbs to lose I am 4ft 11 and a 1/2, 120 lbs. I have bigger hips and thighs. My upper body is fine no pro with my arms at all. Just wondering how to speed up the process of weight lose. I currently follow the weight watchers diet. I am at the lowest number of points and I think I might not be eating enought any suggestions I really need some help I am frustrated!! I have struggled with my weight since I was a child!
