Cathe, I just want to tell you that I have been searching for workouts like yours for a long time! I have done home workout videos for many years, since having my children (now 15 yrs. and 18 yrs.). I have never felt like I've been challenged enough to really get toned like I have with doing your workouts. I also like them so much because they are so fun to do, and your personality really comes through! I wish I would have known about them a long time ago. Since finding them a few months ago, I have bought many of them, and I know that will keep me interested for a very long time. My husband pre-bought the ones coming out for my birthday.
