Hi all!! If you click on my link below, it'll take you to my webpage where I've posted my picture. I think the pic speaks for its self. I look better now at 32 than I EVER have, and I have CATHE to thank for it!! So thanks a million Cathe for putting out such superior videos that are super tough, crazy fun, and never get old!!!

I tried to reply earlier, but apparently it didn't work! :P So I'll try again...Thanks for the compliment Sherry!! That's sweet to say. You know, 3 years ago at this time, I was about 40 pounds overweight so it feels wonderful to have come so far. Thanks again for the compliment. :-)
