 its a big thing to me but for the first time in my life of 33 years i can do a PUSH UP a regular one, its only 1 or 2 but hey it works for me YIPPEEE Thank you CATHE!!!!

I remember how excited I was when I was able to do 1 man push up in my early days! It wasn't easy and I can totally relate on how excited you must be feeling on this accomplishment. Keep it up and you will be able to do 24 man push ups in no time! Bravo!!

and for another update I have completed my goal!!!!!!!! so exciting
50lbs gone!!!!!! I havent been this size ever that i can remeber maybe like in jr, high!!!!! good for me!!!!!!!!
