Slow & Heavy in Third Trimester

I did S&H legs and S&H Chest and Back this week and loved it. I'm using lighter weights than last summer, cut down a little on the number of sets and made pregnancy modifications. Instead of the plank work and 'supermans' I just did the cat stretch type exercise that is recommended for pregnancy. These videos were great because I can move s l o w l y and I feel safer and more comfortable and in control. Thank you for such great workouts.
