Christine- You are not ancient! Bah! Plus you are hotter than me so if we went out together, all the dudes would flock to you with your rockin abs and body! I'm might do revabs in the AM and then Insanity or STS in the PM if I can fit it all in! LMAO on the soft porn and the "hallway" comment...it took me a minute to figure that one out and then I remembered what my DH said. I should ask him if the "hallway" is smaller now. I'm sure we can find the rotation online. I will look and let you know so you don't have to worry about another task in your already busy life! We appreciate you so much! I noticed the last two weeks when I was doing the Insanity/STS that I am exhausted most mornings. But I love the results I am getting! I weighed myself last night (after eating all day) and was down to 132! I'm not trying to be but I guess I still have body fat to lose. I'm hoping with the next two rounds of STS I will put on muscle. Big hugs to John! I hope he feels better soon! And I hope you get some rest momma!

Melanie- The countdown is on and you will rock your race! I am so proud of you getting this far with your hectic schedule. You make me pale in comparison but I look up to you. And you and Christine motivate me to work harder with all of your challenges and you continue to set hard goals!

Susan- I think less is definitely more with your house. I'm not much of a decorator and I don't like alot of things on my walls or knick knacks around my house. I do love family/friend pictures everywhere because I think its warm and inviting. We've been in our house almost 6 years and I have yet to really "decorate" it. It's my home, not a museum.

didnt feel like workint out this AM...but did Travel Fit..not much..but I got al ittle burn here and there

real quick, will bbl, susan, I did not like travel fit either. did any of you pre-order the shock cardio? You get free downloads of them. I got an email about it. Too bad I am not a huge fan of the series!

Thanks Christine! I looked everywhere for a rotation to download and couldn't find anything.

Susan- At least you did something. I haven't done anything for two days! I am hitting Insanity and rev abs HARD on my rest week!

Christine- Are there certain rev abs dvds that are JUST abs and not a bunch of cardio? Which ones would be good to tack on at the end of Insanity for a straight ab workout???

hi! JOhn is asleep on me. He has a cold and has been a terror for two days, was up crying ALL night. I feel so bad for him but am frustrated and tired. Boo.
Jen- Full THrottle Abs
Merciless Abs
MErcy Abs
Again, the music is weird and it really sounds like soft porn. DH was doing MErcy Abs and I had to come downstairs to see if he was watchign cinemax. It works, though, so that is all that matters!
I was bad and had a lot of buttered popcorn before bed and am so puffy today.
Jimmy and I are headed to the hardware store to get seeds and stuff to plana summer veggie garden. We did it last year too and he LOVED it.
Susan- I do not decorate at all! It always looks like we just moved in (except all the kid crap everywhere!).
Jen- LOL about the age thing! Girl, if we got out for a night out, you know what would happen? We would talk about working out and kids and guys would think we were nuts! And I would be asleep by 8!
Okay, got to figure out how to get dressed and not wake up the sleeping bear.
Mel- Countdown! Hooray! Have fun shopping and you will rock the race!
Lisa- Your FB post about the teeth was a riot.

house showing in 45 min..hope its the last freakin one!
Chritine-same here..my house usually looks like we just moved in. I have good intetnions to decorate..but never get around to it. I don't like clutter and so plain is better for me anyway. Poor John! Hope he feels better soon. You should be napping with him! I did preorder shock cardio..only done 1 of them
Jen-so are you doing insanity and revabs at the same time? Im sooo confused on what to do. clx,revabs,insantiy, sts/shock cardio..whew I do know I get great results from weights.
We have company coming from Nahsville on Tues thru Friday. Its my best friends and her daughter and Haley are best buds. Im not telling Haley and going to bring her friend, Avery, with me to pick her up from school She is gonna freak out! My friend, Amy , has 4..Avery, Aidan, Atticus, Abby 10,8,5,2..so this house will be jumping for a few days!
K just got up bb after showing.

Christine- If we did get all dolled up to go out, I could so see us dropping down on the floor doing pushups and planks.

Susan- I will now be doing Meso 2, Insanity for Cardio and the Rev Abs that Christine said are just ab work.

With that being said, I am eating a potato ball and beef empanada. YUM!

Like Jen, I kind of combine them all. I vary my abs and cardio in the rotations, and focus on Revabs and Clx for abs aand weights. I am not a huge fan of the clx cardio, it just does not push me enough, so i put insanity in there. I do the revabs intervals and stuff on days when i have the energy to throw an extra workout in, they are less than an hour, which i really like.
I wish I could nap when john does, but jimmy is here with me. WE just got home from the hardware store and are about to go outside and plant a garden. SO much for my rest day, I just hauled 8 30 lb bags of soil out back, and 4 40 lb bags of river rock! DH will laugh when he sees that I bought our kid bags of rocks. He said it was the best present ever. Ha!
Susan- I hate house showings, but how great is it that you have a clean house for your guests! You will be busy with the guests, guess DH is out of luck! Tee hee!
Okay, got to garden. An empanada sounds awesome. I am going to be a piggy today. Just feeling like the body needs grub. Ever have those days, where you feel your body craving fat and carbs? That is me!

Default No more Yoga - for now...

I started Yoga after my second baby was born and it really helped me slim down. I am pregnant again and have had to give up on the Yoga because i just don't have the energy. I am walking every day and that is helping.

Any ideas??
