I'm 28 wks now but in the first 4 months I had nausea pretty much all the time and it did get worse in the evenings. I just tried to force myself to eat something when I felt really bad. It helped for a while but then I'd feel nauseous again. The all day nausea has gone but, even now, at night I can feel a bit bad - sometimes I nibble on a ginger biscuit which can help.
Sorry not much help but you're not alone! Emma |
