Default How many new born pamper to buy (advice)

Hello,

I'm due in early September and trying to figure out how many new born pampers to purchase. My babies are tipically 6 pounds 6, 7, 8, ounces. Thank you!

I'd probably start with 5-6 packages of newborn diapers. I changed diapers about 10X/day for a long time.

I wouldn't go overboard on buying newborn diapers! My first was 6 lb 6 oz and used them a long time. My second was 7 lbs 9 oz and I had extra. The third was 9 lbs 5 oz and never used them at all!

i agree. in the infant sizes its a good idea to store extra, but you wont know till that special day what size you need. the hospital will send some home with you too. my first 2 were off the charts- 9.2 and 10.6. third was 8. never know lol.
same for new born clothes. get some basics, but remember they'll only be that size a matter of weeks. my first 2 started out at size 3mo lol. thats unusual, but you never know.
