Hi everyone!I'm a newbie here so don't know if a thread about this already exists (couldn't find it
), so sorry if I created a duplicate thread. I just wanted to ask what kind of exercices work best to pull in my upper abs which are slightly separated : 8 months after delivery I almost fully recovered medium and lower abs but not the upper part.![]() Thank you in advance for all your kind answers! Hello and welcome to the forum. I am the moderator. If you email me at: Sheila@healthymomsfitness.com, I will send you the diastasis recti rehab program that we use with our Healthy Moms(R) fitness clients. Minimizing torso rotation is of utmost importance when trying to close the gap. This includes not only when you are exercising, but in your everyday life as well.
