Default Changes to workout schedule pre-pregnancy

DH and I are about to try to have our first baby. I'm 35 and work out about 5 - 6 days per week (mixture of cardio and weights), mostly to Cathe and at the gym (where the classes are equal to or harder than Cathe). I definitely work out "hard," but after all these years exercising (at least 15), this is "normal" for me. Is it necessary to make changes/cut down/lessen intensity? I am wondering how much any of you changed your workout schedules, if at all, at this beginning stage?

Any input would definitely be helpful

I didn't make any changes and had no issues getting pregnant either time.

I think that if there are challenges getting pregnant, that's one of the things that doctors look at cutting down on, and sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't matter at all.

I would suggest keeping your normal schedule and TTC first. You may not need to decrease at all. If after a few months you don't have any success, talk to your OB and see if they think you need to cut down.
