me too!! I hope you kept temping so you can see if the opk went along with it. I am thinking the earliest you could test would be the 22nd. I used to buy the test strips off ebay. They are the dip stick paper ones that the dr's offices use. My first batch I bought, I got pg on!!
Good luck!!!!
How you feeling mm123?

Hi, ladies!

Well, it's a waiting game for me, but I am not feeling terribly optimistic. I'm still temping, but I think my temps just seem all over the place... (see my FF chart here if you'd like!) I am kind of questioning whether I've actually ovulated at all, because I don't see the thermal shift that is so noticeable in most other women's charts that I've seen. *sigh*

Oh, well, if this isn't my cycle, then there's always next time! Gratefuldog, I have been having 31-day cycles of late, so you're right on target! If I don't get AF by the 23rd (day 32 of my cycle), then I'll start HPTs, but I can't drive myself nuts with the "how many DPO might I be right now?" stuff!!

Thanks for the positive thoughts! And, yes, Mm123, how are you feeling??

Sis

You will get a better picture when the cycle is complete and you can stand back and look at the whole chart. The 98.8 seems out of whack. That is even higher than a normal body temp. Are you making sure it is the first thing you do before you step foot out of bed? That is very important. It won't work if you jump out of bed and then go "oh shoot" , and jump back into bed and take your temp. I remember doing that a bunch of times!
It is a great thing that you are taking your temp because you may be able to say in another week or so that indeed you are not ovulating. Wa la...problem solved! Can't get pg without the egg! Then you can take your charts to your doctor and proceed with a plan.

Sis- I feel like you had that dip and then spike like you are supposed to. I don't know too much about the charts, but at first glance it looked good to me. Fingers crossed with much baby dust.

I'm feeling good. I have been especially tired lately, especially after work. I've been taking it easy with workouts (about 5 days a week for an hour or less and no jumping or high impact) and trying to get in naps. My breasts are sore and swollen but varies in intensity throughout the day and by the day which I find odd. Also I haven't had any nausea, maybe a little queasy in the morning but nothing really. I will be 7 weeks on Wed. I have a friend who is a week ahead of me and she was nauseous around 6 weeks. I try not to compare or google anything but of course it makes me a bit nervous that I'm not. Trying to remain calm though, hard at times.

Hi, ladies!

Thanks for the look at my chart.

Gratefuldog-- yeah, I'm definitely doing it before I get out of bed in the morning. In fact, I set a separate alarm for about 1 hour before I normally get up that is just for taking my temp. My basal thermometer has a "recall feature" so that I can just take my temp, go back to sleep, and then wake up and record it by checking the last temp taken. I'm also temping vaginally versus orally because it appears that vaginal temps are more consistent and less apt to be affected by, say, mouth-breathing.

Mm123-- yeah, I do see a spike, but it's just that when I look at the temps so far, there doesn't seem to be a distinct shift (i.e. the temps allegedly post-O don't really look substantially higher than the ones allegedly pre-O). Oh, well, we'll see what happens. There are only a few more days until AF is due anyway, so I'll have an answer soon enough!

Mm123-- Gosh, I can COMPLETELY understand being freaking out that you're not nauseous when your friend is, but I know so many people who NEVER had morning sickness, and they had beautiful pregnancies. One of my best friends actually even had twin boys, and she never had a single day of nausea, even with the increased hormone levels of multiples. Another friend had 4 kids, and NEVER got sick unless she ate Ramen noodles-- for some reason, Ramen noodles induced instant vomiting whenever she was was pregnant (she loved those nasty things and ate them at least once a week). It was kind of a joke that the Ramen noodle-sparked vomiting was a more reliable indicator of pregnancy for her than her HPTs! Not everyone gets morning sickness, and you might just be one of the lucky ones! Sending all of my positive thoughts!

Sis

Thanks Sis. That is really reassuring. I hear of people not getting it but I'm so weird I almost want it so I know for sure everything is ok. I guess I shouldn't be so worried!

Can't wait to hear your results! My fingers are crossed!

Man, I should have been checking in over here earlier! There was so little activity I had kind of given up. I've been TTC since Jan 2010. I've had 4 miscarriages during that time and only just found out a few days ago that I am pregnant again. Things are looking good so far so I'm really hoping this sticks. Good luck Sis! I hope it happens for you soon! If you ever want to join in on a more active TTC forum, I'm a member of one that is hopping. Everyone is super nice there too. If you're interested, I'll PM you the location.

Congrats MM123 on your pregnancy! When are you due?
