If you can try a class. You can find one close by and you pay $5 as you go or 40 for the month here in SWF. The class is much more fun and energetic than home with a DVD.
Check out some of the you tube videos you will see how easy it is to do, then check out a class......Zumba! Carmen |

Zumba is a fun class to take at the gym....if your instructor is upbeat and there to give you the best workout. But, I did have to have the DVD's.....and hated them. I sold them on ebay within a week of receiving them. Just not the same as taking a class. I would also say, they are alot of zumba instructors that are extremely overweight. It is a "fun" class to take but I would not rely upon it to become or to stay physically fit!!! Just my opinion.
