I'm wrapping up the 1st month of marathon training as well as the LIS series rotation, so it looks like this

Mon - Athletic Training, 100 KB swings
Tues - 3 mile run, Yoga Max, 100 KB swings
Weds - 4 mile run, Trisets Lower Body, 100 KB swings
Thurs - 3 mile run, Slide and Glide cardio, Low Impact Challenge, 100 KB swings. Whoosh!
Fri - Turbo Barre, 100 KB swings
Sat - 9 mile run, Trisets Upper body, 100 KB swings.

Sat may get switched to Sun, as I have to work all day Sat, but we'll see.

Next month the marathon training really starts to kick up, so it's just running on T/W/Th/Sa, and weights on M/F I really wanted to do the LIS rotation, and this was the only place it fit in until May. I'm also doing a 100 swings a day challenge, so that's where all those come from. Trying to make it all work!!

How is this working for you Fit_mommy? I have been watching this program, but am concerned about only working out 20 min. a day. I would really like to hear your thoughts.

I was worried about it at first too but it has been working out just fine for me! The majority of my work outs these past several months since completing my STS rotation have been 12-30 mins in length and I have managed to lose weight and keep it off this way....as long as I control what goes in my mouth...which I need to do to lose weight anyway-even if I am working out 60 mins a day! It doesn't matter so it's all the same to me! Only difference being that perhaps I could eat MORE if I worked out MORE but that really hasn't bothered me. I can still afford my "cheats" so it's all good!

That being said...it's been 6+ months since I finished STS and just as long since I concentrated on work outs longer then 30 mins in length soooooo...I'm gearing up to start the STS/LIS 3 month rotation in February! I am excited for the change, mostly because I adore the LIS work outs and this will give me a chance to really dig into them but OTOH I am askeered of the consistently longer work outs which means getting up earlier and I will ofcourse miss BR! I hope I can do it!!!!!

I was just thinking about this and TBH I was eating the same amount during the 2nd half of STS (meaning when I started with Weight Watchers in April) and during BR (continued on with WW) and lost weight through all of it so apparently food hasn't been an issue at all!

Beach Body has released a home version of Les Mills Body Pump work outs...I don't know for a fact but imagine that's what the poster was referring to.
