I've noticed a really weird pain in my foot. It's on the top of my foot near the two middle toes. It's not super painful, just an ouch every now and then. A few times since it started, I've had some numbness all the way up to my ankle. I don't think it's from my workouts because I'm sick and haven't exercised in almost two weeks. Should I see a doctor about this?
