Well, I guess it won't kill me. I've only worked out once all week! Monday - no time. Tuesday, weights. Wednesday - felt crappy. Thursday - no time and a broken VCR, and today (Friday) no time because I have to go to Wal-Mart to get a new VCR/DVD player.
I'm trying to look on the bright side, considering last week's posts about how much is enough, and so on. A little break won't hurt me. But I'm starting to feel fidgety.
With any luck, the VCR thing will be resolved tonight and I'll be able to kick some butt this weekend!
