Hi everyone, can someone tell me how to make those icons. I have gone to help and it says to go the emotion icon shortcut table, but my computer won't go there. I see all these great faces and jumping frogs, but don't know how to make them. Can you tell that I'm bored sitting here with pneumonia and only my fingers are going to working out for a while? Thanks anyone who has time to tell me. Mary
 
Hey Mary!

When you go to post, there is red writing above the box you post your message in. Go to the writing that says "Emotion Icons" and click on the black writing beside it that says "Emotion icon short cuts". See if that works for you. Hi Debbie, I just tried doing it the way you described and my computer will just not do it. My computer is very old and I know there are lots of things that it won't let me do, something to do with the browser?? This must just be another one of those things. I have nothing but time on my hands right now, but know that I am usually very busy. I see we are not so far apart geographically, you are in Ohio and I live just east of Albany, NY. I have a son 28, still home (HELP!!)and you have a 27 year old daughter. I started working out with Cathe around the first of the year too and think she is great. I see you have Body Max, which I have been thinking of buying, can I ask your review of the tape. Thanks so much Deb, as you can see, I am rambling. I sent the E-mail. Hope it gets to you. Actually, my daughter is 28 now (will be 29 in Feb.!) My bio is over a year old. I guess I need to update it! I even have a new grandbaby since I posted it. I LOVE BodyMax. One of my very fav tapes. It is a long tape, (about 1 1/2 hours) but can very easily be broken into smaller workouts. It is an aerobic and endurance workout(crosstraining). It begins with a step aerobic section, then goes into 5 different cycles of step and high intensity (plyo) step, then into a leg workout section. The third section is an ALL upper body segment working on nonstop endurance. It ends with an ABS section. If you make it thru the whole tape at one time, you will join the group of Amazon's here!http://www.plaudersmilies.de/sad/nixweiss.gif Like I said, you can break it up at first depending on your fitness level. I have pneumonia, but for some reason did not sleep well last night and am feeling a little green myself with my coffee at my side.
