Yes, it possibly could esp. if you are lifting really hard and heavy when you do your upper body weight training.
Maybe you could do eliminate of the weighted glove kickbox days and just do the kickbox as is the other day.
Also, space it so that you give your upperbody a rest between each day.. ie
M-Upperbody

Sun Kickbox no gloves
