For anyone who is interested.I got all of these workouts from my Fitness Rx magazine, Febuary issue.I think this is one of the best magazines on the market right now.It as lots of useful info. I just read last week that drinking coffee decreases breast cancer in women...so drink up Wendy!

I would admit that I don't think i would do this one b/c I don't think it would be hard enough for me but you can definitly change the speeds and that should give you an harder workout.If I had incline I would try it.Its a great workout for beginners but may need modifing near the end of the workout.
