A Toasty Rotation: December 31, 2005

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

Starting the Toasty Rotation today which will include:

Cardio/Weights or Body Max plus 200 jumping jacks at the end plus 40 pushups


If you don't have any of the above workouts, just modify.

Hey Charlotte:

I've come down with a NASTY cold and am not sure if I can muster up enough energy to start your rotation today, but rest assured, when I do feel well again I will jump right in and get started with ya. ;-)

I'm hoping to at least give CW a try today before my DS's basketball game.

Sorry to hear that. I have one too, but I keep taking garlic pills and vitamin C and drinking lots of green tea and it seems to be kicking it in the butt so you might want to try doing the same. So I plan on doing the workout around 3 or 4pm as I think I will feel better by then. Enjoy the game!!!!!

Just finished today's workout. O.k., so I almost sprained my ankle twice during the cardio segment. How I hate stepping, but I still hung in there even though I must have looked like a nerd. LOL! Did the 40 pushups...some on the knees though, but did it, and that is what counts! Did the 200 jumping jacks non stop...that was a rush! Now drinking a protein shake (vanilla caramel) with a flaxseed oil pill. Yum...yum! Looking forward to tomorrow's workout...I think! LOL!
