TLT Upper Body question

Which one of the TLT's do you think works the upper body the most? I understand that they all basically are engaging your entire body but is there one that stands out in which you really feel your biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, lats, etc. working? Thanks. :)

I don't feel it like I do in a Cathe workout, but I would say SIM and FYC have the most upper body work.
