suggestion for book about natural beauty

I really would love a book that have a list of recepies for home made creams, hair care, etc

I have a bunch of recepies here and there but I wish I have a book that have all main recepies and may be explain the benefits of different ingredients

any suggestions?

I have several books on the subject. By far my favorite is Natural Beauty for All Seasons by Janice Cox. Once I tried the recipe called "Summer Foot Cream" I pretty much stopped buying other creams. Every person who I have made it for (and I have made a lot) has loved it and relied on it. I have a lot of allergies and this book has been great.
