does it matter if you do 15 min of cardio before lifting and 15 min after lifting to get a 30 min cardio session or is it better to do 30 min straight after lifting?
 
The experts used to say that even if you did cardio in 10 minute spurts 3x per day for a total of 30 minutes that it would just as beneficial as a solid 30 min work out. I am not sure if this is still the case today though.

I personally aim for doing all of my weight work first and then all of my cardio if I am doing them on the same day.
