My mother ordered the DVD with Rhythmic Step, Interval Max, and MIC on it for me for a late Christmas present and I was supposed to receive it today. I already have RS on VHS but wanted it on DVD and to have the other workouts. To my dismay, when I opened the box, there was the RS on VHS. I could not believe this. How hard is it to get that mixed up. I could see if I ordered a bunch of workouts and they forgot to put one of them in there, but to only have one thing on the invoice and to put a VHS instead of the DVD that has the three workouts on it, that is just plain messed up. I was wondering if this happened to anyone else before and what steps I have to take to get this resolved. Your imput is greatly appreciated.
