Printable version of XTrain & STS Booklets

Hi Everyone,

Is there a printable version of the XTrain and STS booklets? I love having the workouts listed for me (name of exercise, reps, weight, time, etc) while I am doing the exercises (and also the night before so I can set up). My XTrain book is pretty worn out with my scribbles and the binding is broke from bending it open. I am planning on starting STS soon and foresee that book also getting worn out.

I mainly just want the detailed listing of each disc/workout.

yes, a book similar to xtrain's. the physical size is bigger and it has more pages. I received it when I purchased the sts complete pack of dvds. I actually forgot about it but then saw a thread the other day where someone mentioned the book and it triggered my memory of having it.

I recently purchased the STS guide as a download for $5.99. I saved on my ipad and can print a hard copy if needed.
