I need help. After reviewing the new videos tonight I can tell already I am going to need a new barbell set. I got mine for real cheap at Galyans. The clips don't even hold the wts on. It is extremely long and difficult to change wts. easily.
Wondering if any of you can suggest a good barbell set? Has anyone bought one at WAl-mart? I saw one for only $19.95. The link is below.
I also saw one on Body Pump for $89.99. Do any of you have one of these or a better recommendation?
