Default My workouts lately
Being in Michigan, I've been continually shoveling my driveway daily for the past 10 days. Last night, I shoveled 4" and now at least 4" more. My driveway is steep and skinny so I need to do it.
Benefits are strong upperbody, cardio and legs. Plus outdoors.
Do you shovel?

I do actually enjoy the shoveling. Functional fitness!

Looks like I'm going to have the Nemo workout soon.

I hate shoveling. Fortunately my DH does most of it!

I live in Maryland and we don't get all that much snow. But when we do , I enjoy shoveling. I like to be out there while it is snowing. It is so peaceful and quiet and not many cars go by. It is a great w/o also. We got a snow thrower last year since I am getting up there in years but luckily we haven't needed it yet.

YES!! I really struggle with winter. I live in southeast PA and complain about the cold. You are way tougher than me, Natasha! If I were any further north, I would probably go insane.

No shoveling for this old lady! Nuh uh! Hurt my back.

ITA with Natasha....hate winter...hate being cold. Watching the blizzard out my window right now....there is ShovelMax in my future for sure.

I strap on my HRM and absolutely count shoveling as a big ol' cardio and upper body workout.

I am jonesing for one of these things....

Back to my tea and Nook....I may hate winter but I LOVE snow days!

OMG I want one!! How cool is that?! My dh plows our driveway so I guess I don't "need" it, but I want it! Very cool!!

I myself love the snow! If it is going to be cold, there may as well be snow! I love to shovel the walkways. Great w/o!!

Hate winter, hate shovelling, hate snow. (Live in MI; have lived in PA where it was waaaaaaaaaaaaay worse. Husband wants to live in Colorado because he loves skiing. Lord help me). He likes snow, he like skiing, he shovels. Penance.

Love spring, love May, love greenery all around me. I am simply enduring right now. Roll on April, pleeeeeease!
