Muscle Strain Question

Do you know the stretch for the shoulder where you grab the doorframe and walk forward a little? Well, that is exactly where I'm hurting on my right side. It started hurting this morning again when I was putting on my shorts. I don't know what I've done. I haven't been lifting weights lately.

Do I leave it alone, try to stretch it out, use heat and/or ice?

I have no funds for a doctor visit/massage/PT so those options are out.
 
Ice to reduce swelling, heat to loosen up muscle tension, Epsom salt bath, gentle stretch. Other than that......leave it out of workouts for sure!
