Metamorphise by TracyAnderson

I could not get into Meta for some reason, but I enjoy her Mat and Perfect Design Series. I usually do TA a couple times a month inbetween Cathe and Tonique. It's a very different way to work the muscles.
 
I like her. But, I found the 'cardio' to be a bit light. The toning workout wasn't bad and was a bit like a cross between yoga/pilattes/physical therapy.
 
I also do her Mat workout and Perfect Design Series #3. I really like both of them. She is not big on cueing, but after a few times through each, it isn't a problem for me. I never tried any of the Meta workouts.
 
If you're a member of the videofitness site, you might want to visit there and look through their forum. There are hundreds of avid Tracy Anderson fans there and there are lots of threads about her workouts, and several threads with people working their way through her metamorphosis series who check in daily and have done so for years.
