Happy Friday Everyone! My Friday started off with a wonderful visit from fellow instructors Jackie Rowbottom Winters and Anna Harris! Thanks for all the fun energy in today's workout. We earned our weekend, that's for sure! The rest of the day has been devoted to XTRAIN....Sequencing is key and I won't let you down! Have a wonderful weekend!
