Halloween candy ($$)

I buy about 3 bags of the Costco Hershey's candy. I always buy what I like to eat (even thought I don't it eat hardly at all --- anymore). I start out 1 piece per child and if it's late and I have a lot left, I get more generous.

Chocolate has gotten pretty expensive. I mean, candy bars are almost a buck each now!
 
We buy the large Mars assortment bag that Costco sells for about $15, and then once that is gone we close up shop for the night. For us that is cheaper than buying the smaller bags at the regular grocery store. We also don't get that many kids coming around.
 
I just bought a box of 90 fun-size chocolate bars (Aero, Kit Kat, Smarties, Coffee Crisp) for about $15. That's all I will buy. We only ever get about 10-15 kids here. We will be finishing up the box ourselves. :)

This year I'm planning on spending about $15. We probably only get between 10-15 kids. I donated several bags to the neighbors kids the last two years because I had way to much to keep on hand!
