I had a friend come over early today to try a workout video with me and it was her first time trying Cathe.
When we were doing shoulders she said, " I don't like going to heave b/c I feel like I am shurring" And as soon as she said it, Cathe said "NO shurring".
It was so funny and my friend said , "can she hear everything we say?"
I hope not b/c there are days when I am not that nice to Cathe!:)

That is eerie, isn't it? It would really suck if she did bug her DVDs because I have said some things to her that are not so nice, and I cannot repeat ANY of it here, or anywhere really. }(
