rather high price for a dvd. he could at least give an idea of what the dvd has(i.e. mix and match,chapters) and those modeling pics are beyond hysterical, remind of the 80's days of GQ or something.

I have one of his videos. He is very dry in his delivery. Video looks like it was shot in his home which is decorated very bachelor '80's. I have the am pm workouts. They are short and can be done in the morning before work. The pm workout is short too. Its ok because he shows you how to do the exercises with and without weights. Not my favorite tape.
