Default Favorite 45-50 min. workouts!

I got a job! I have been a stay-at-home mom for 20 years, finished my degree last year and just got a job that I start next Friday 2/3.

I am now looking to schedule/line up 45 minute workouts. I am not as familiar with this length, as I am used to having the luxury of time to do the 60 minute Cathe workouts. I have almost all of Cathe's dvds so instead of me going through all of them...I thought I would ask my Cathe friends...

For those of you who regularly do 45 minute Cathe workouts...what are your favorite Cathe pre-mixes or workouts that are 45 minutes in length? (note: I have Body Blast's Timesaver)

Thanks all!

Congrats Tracy on your job!!!

(lengths are all including warm up/cool down)

-CCC approx. 50 min (entire workout)
-all the Hiit's (30 min. each)
-Step Blast/Step, Jump & Pump (awesome premixes for 45min)
-Circuit Blast (45min)
-Intensity step portion (30min) + hi/low Hiit (add on 15 min) total for both is approx 50min
-Travel Fit (50min)
-Athletic Step & Step Moves (45min)
-Body Max (original) step portion only (45min)
-Maximum Intensity Cardio (floor cardio without step 35min) Love this one!!!!

Most of my workouts are downloads, so I do not know what pre-mixes are available (except for Step, Jump & Pump/Step Blast). If I come across anymore, I will let you know.

Natasha

Don't forget the best cardio premix of all time, Cardio/Weights Cardio only, I think its only 30 minutes. And, the cardio only premixes on 4DS are spectacular. I also love to do the MMA discs and you can skip the abs/toning for just a cardio power house (not a premix.) just skip to the stretch.

The LIS series has a really good cardio premix on the LIC (not the original) step workout which is not very long at all.

Congratulations on your job!!!

Congrats on your new job!! That is great.
In addition to Natasha's list, I would add 4DS. You can do the workouts seperately or together or just do cardio then weights the next day which would put you at 30 minutes plus.
Also, IMAX2 and IMAX3 have timesavers on them.

Default Oh that is so cool, congratulations!

When I'm pressed for time, I love these workouts....

Bodymax 2 Upper Body Weights is only 30 minutes and that includes abs!

Gym Styles Chest & Triceps is 48 minutes, less if you cut off the stretch.

Muscle Max has 3 really good premixes that are 42 minutes and less.

I love 4DS, there are so many premixes on this set its worth it just for those.

All the MMA's are amazing (and short).

HIIT has 3 workouts that get the business done!

I think that most of Cathe's workouts have premixes, so I'd check them all out. Good luck on your new adventures and don't forget to check in now and then

Default Timesaver Rotations

I'm pretty sure if you look through some of Cathe's old rotations, you'll find several timesaver rotations. Try December.
