Equipment needed for Cathe's DVD's

Hello everyone!

I will finally be receiving all of my Cathe workouts today in the mail. Phew! I will be going this weekend to get everything I need for the workouts and want to make sure I don't forget anything (ie., the step, medicine balls, etc). Can you let me know a list of everything I will need for these videos?

The basics for MOST of her videos are

Assorted dumbells
Barbell with plates
Stability Ball
Resistance bands (or you can substitute dumbells)
Medicine Ball (or can substitute a dumbell)
Step
High Step (or order more risers for your step)

That's pretty much the list!

Enjoy your new workouts! I have most of them and it has been fun to try rotations, make my own, and keep the variety up!

LOL, I agree with Melissa and MJ!!! And your remote, to pause for a moment and say to yourself "is this Cathe lady CRAZY?!!? am I even crazier?!?!?"

One more thing. Advil, Tylenol or pain reliever of choice for the DOMS. LOL

I got Gym Style for Christmas and did Gym Style Legs yesterday and today I can barely walk ( I even went real easy on the weights so I could get the form down but I am still sore) It apparently used muscles in ways I was not used to which of course is a good thing. Enjoy the DVD's
