01-10->Warmup/forward stride------>10---->120--->1
10-16->Forward stride/increase
-------resistance every min------->11-16->120--->1
16-20->recover w/reverse stride--->8----->100--->1
20-26->Forward stride/increase
-------resistance every min------->11-16->140--->5
26-30->recover w/reverse stride--->8----->100--->5
30-36->Forward stride/increase
-------resistance every min------->15-20->160--->10
36-40->recover w/reverse stride--->8----->100--->10
40-46->Forward stride/increase
-------resistance every min------->15-20->140--->15
46-50->recover w/reverse stride--->8----->100--->15
50-56->Forward stride/increase
-------resistance every min------->15-20->120--->20
56-60->cool down w/reverse sride-->8----->100--->1

Just in case no one as noticed...my boss isn't around and I am trying to pass the morning..by slowly killing each and every one of you!}( }(

Wow Lori, you are trying to kill us :) . I think that the scariest part of this workout is from 40 to 46 min at 15-20 resistance on a ramp going 140 strides per minute. Yikes. Thanks all the workouts you posted!
