Hi all. I haven't posted in a really, really long time. I have been recovering from some health problems. Anyway, for Christmss my inlaws gave me a Jack Lelane juicer. I have been using it since Christmas (they have been here at the house since Christmas!) and have been force feeding me juice. You name it they'l juice it. I goggled the topic and it came back with a lot of information on enzymes that are present only in fresh juice because pasteurization kills them in commercially sold juices. Does anyone here have any info on this? I can say that I have lost 4 to 5 lbs since doing this, really unintentionally. I think it must be alot of water retention. Anyhow, anyone with experience with juicing I'd love your observations.
