Does anyone here use a derma roller? If so, care to share your results (ie with wrinkles, stretchmarks, scarring, firming) and which dermaroller you use? I'm reading you have to replace it every 6 months or depending on how often you use it (and I'll have to use it all over my body), so I was wondering if maybe the cheap ones on eBay might be ok to buy so I don't feel bad tossing them after a few months?
