Cereal?

cereal

Fibre One, has 16 grams of fibre & very little sugar. I have also ground it up & used it in place of bread crumbs

Nature's Path has high fiber cereals that are organic and non-GMO.
Watch out for cellulose in foods touting "high fiber". If it does not specifically identify the source of the cellulose, it is wood pulp (from sawdust!).

LizC7, what about plain old-fashioned or steel cut oatmeal? You can make a big batch of it at the beginning of the week that will last you all week long. Or you can make an overnight version that you assemble and put in the fridge the night before, and then eat cold the next morning. You can pump up the fiber count by adding nuts or chia seeds or freshly ground flax or diced fruit.
