Cardio & Weights vs LowMax

I am a total klutz when it comes to the step and I have mastered cardio and weights no problem, but still have a few challenges with LowMax. C&W moves faster with the steps, but for some reason I get brain farts with LowMax. Both are a lot of fun and really great workouts. JMO! Good luck!
 
Cardio & weights is easier choreography. But don't let that keep you from LowMax - it's a great low impact workout and you can get the steps.:)
 
Cardio & Weights has easier choreo. Neither one has complex choreo IMO. I enjoy working out to both of them.
