Cardio Coach Question

i think it means keep going with your pace and hold on to it, keeping your form good. that is just a guess. seems to make sense right?

I agree with Melissa. Whenever Sean says to "stay tight" I take the opportunity to do a quick, head-to-toe form check. I also find that short phrases like this help me to keep going in a challenge.
 
I agree. I think he's referring to your form.

This phrase is especially helpful to me during sprints. It's so easy for me to lose my form with sprints because of the speed and lower resistance.

And the fact that I hate sprints just adds to how quickly I can let my form go bad!!

I do run on my treadmill but I'm not a "runner" so I just wasn't sure. :confused:
