Due to an unexpectedly large amount of time on my hands, I was able to play around with Paint Shop Pro this morning and make a nice Jan 2003 desktop wallpaper/calendar (I was inspired by wallpapers I've seen here previously). Here's a thumbnail:
(The calendar is on the right side of the wallpaper so your desktop icons are less likely to cover it.)
