Ugh! I have been doing a freestyle type of working out for a couple of months and my butt keeps getting larger! I use no or very light weights too with the exception of hamstring curls. I'm wondering could doing heavy hamstring curls build your butt?
BTW, I've been doing mostly LL and B&G.
