BFL question re: exercise

Hi Cathy,

I did BFL about 7 years ago so my memory is a little "rusty".. but I recall it was for all excercise. You might want to go over to the Check-Ins Forum. There is a BFL check in there and I am sure those folks know a lot more about it!

I did BFL a while ago as well. The weights are used pyramid system. I use to use Cathes workout for that. And the runs were only 20 mins runs, and you kept inceasing your speed. I think you did 3 days of weights and 3 days of cardio. The first week you would work your UB 2 x's and LB once and then the next week LB 2x's and UB 1 x. That is really the it. Of course you had to work my muscles to failure as well. If you lived a little closer I would give you my book:+
Your also suppose to workout on a empty stomach and not eat until an hour after your workout.
