I believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong) that your downloads only last for 90 days. You MUST download them during the 90 period or you lose them. I swear I heard that somewhere. Although all of my iTrains are still in "download" area--they haven't gone anywhere. So maybe I'm totally off here.

There are a couple of things you can do with your workouts: 1. They are always available on the itrain website under "downloads".
2. I download them onto my compu and then just move them onto my mp3 player when i feel like it. 3. put them onto your mp3 player. Mine doesn´t have much memory, so i have to add/delete a lot, so I use option #2. I have all my itrains available on their website even though they were bought a year ago. So I don´t think that they are removed after 90 days. not mine, anyway |

Thanks for the advice, it's reassuring because I don't know how long I may have to leave mine on the downloads website section!
