I think I have a little pf in my left heel.
I've had to back off of running (can't seem to give it up)
and hi impact work outs which is driving me crazy!
I even had to give up my ragnar spot!
I've been reading about Astym and thinking of trying it
Have any of you tried it? Is it worth it? Does it really fix the problem?
