Good luck on going back to college today! We are all cheering for you! Lots of (((((hugs)))) and good vibes heading your way! :7

(If I remembered this wrong, have a great day anyway, LOL!)

Oh my god, THANK YOU! I can't believe you remembered that! I am sooooo nervous! I just sent my sister a long email about how "today's the day". I didn't sleep at all last night. x(

I go straight from work at 5 to my class which is from 6-10 tonight. I'm usually asleep by 10!!

It just scares me that today is the start of a two year journey that I'm terrified to begin again. Every time I go back to school, I quit. I had a weird dream last night that I graduated from high school and in the dream, it had taken me years and years to do that (when in reality, it was no problem--hey, I was ninth in my class!) ;) But the feelings and emotions that I felt in the dream were so real--I was SO proud of myself for graduating and so excited to go to college. It was nice to wake up and a.) realize that I actually HAVE graduated from highschool already (thank god! hehe) and b.) to remember how proud I felt in the dream to graduate. I have to remember those emotions when college gets hard again. I just want to graduate!!!!

Thank you again for remembering. I am so incredibly touched. You are all the best!

Okay, I missed something! What are you taking at college, Allison? I'm so excited for you!! And anytime it gets hard, or you feel like quitting, just come here and we'll kick your butt for you. Deal?:p

Congrats! I hope your first day is a breeze!

Thanks, Shell-Bell! I am going back to college (yet AGAIN) to finish my bachelor's degree. (I'm just getting a B.S. in Business Management) I found a program in my area that offers an accelerated program for working adults--each class is only 5 weeks long and you meet once a week for 4 hours. You also are a part of a study group that must meet for at least four hours a week whenever it's convenient for the group (it's only 3 or 4 people per group).

They accepted almost all of my past credits from other colleges--65 credits! I'm over half-way done! I should finish in two years. God, that seems like a life-time from now......

Alli, YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! This is your moment, and you WILL graduate and you WILL do incredibly well along the way -- I have absolutely no doubt of that! You're going to make great new friends, experience the fun of flexing your intellect muscles again, and maybe introduce a few new members to the world of Cathe. ;-) The whole enchilada is going to make YOU feel wonderful about YOU. Keep us posted on your successes, sweetie! :)

{{{{{Allison}}}}}, I saw your post in another thread. Love yourself a little more, my dear! I hope you can see in yourself what we all see in you -- a bright, intelligent, cheerful girl -- someone who can succeed at ANYTHING she chooses to do. Now go get 'em!

Congrats Allison.

I know it's difficult to have a full time job and then take night classes. I am still in school too.

You can make it.

Just think in two short years, you will be able to add "College Grad" to your current credentials of a certified fitness instructor and an exercise-video star.

If you ever need a pep talk, we are all here for you.

Good luck and have fun with your first class.
