Hi Jane,

Well, I thought the first couple day will be hard and it will get easier. It is so opposite. I have craving and it is hard not to give it up and eat something.Today I cheated a little bit. I ate 1/2 cup of Reeses PB cereal. I just hated myself after it but for now I moved on and feel good. I had protein drink an hour ago and it calmed my craving.
Do you have sweet teeth? I think I have the world sweetest teeth.

How are you doing?
I did KPC today. I love that w/o. Tomorrow I will have only 30 minutes for workout and don't know what I will do.

Krisztina, that wasn't so bad. You did the right thing and exercised portion control. That is my problem a lot of the time, I don't know when to quit! Yes, I have a sweet tooth. Keep up your w/o's, this will help.

So far so good today.
