<--watched DT make his annual Thanksgiving dish last night
<--didn't even know there WERE "canned yams in light syrup" until <-- met DT x(
<--thinks when you make potatoes there should be some kind of heat source involved
<--has a busy day at work today
<--says the office is closing at 3 pm and <-- will try to get out by then

<---is so glad it's "Friday!!!"
<---wants to give everyone a Happy Thanksgiving wish before <--- forgets ... :p
<---doesn't have to shop for the big day, thank goodness, but will be on clean-up crew for the family gathering

<---is so sorry for the rough year Bobbi has had and agrees - there's no way left but up

<---says her entire body hurts now and her poor DH is even worse - he cannot even bend his arms much
<---really shouldn't laugh at that, but thinks he deserves it a little because he refuses to do a reasonable weight - always has to do super heavy even though he cannot handle it...men....
<---wonders if anyone else's elbows ever hurt really bad after upper body work?
<---says that is the only part of her arms that hurts in a not so good way
<---is going to be extreemly bored at work today - all of the bosses are gone - figures...

<---is jealous of her full-body DOMS but is also laughing at her DH's DOMS :7
<---admits that <--- finds it amusing when <---'s DH is sore too ;)
<---says that <---'s elbows don't hurt after doing upper body work, but <---'s left elbow has issues when doing lying tricep extensions, for some reason
<---has to lift the weight at just the right angle to avoid elbow twinges
<---isn't really sure what's up with that and why it's only on one side...
 
<--- waves to Liann and Evily
<--- tells Liann that <--- was having elbow issues as well, and has now been diagnosed with tennis elbow and is on anti-inflammatories and supposed to be wearing a brace
<--- wonders if you guessed that the brace is at home on the table?
<--- is also laughing at Liann's DH's DOMS and knows exactly how that is because <---'s SO also has to be a he-man and lift super-heavy
 
<--comes in feeling it's too later for personals
<--is also probably a leetle too anxious to remember anything
<--always gets this way before a race, you would think <--would be used to it by now!
<--is :( that forecast for tomorrow morning is rain

<--ran it one year in rain and 34 degrees!!!
<--is very excited as <--really loves this distance (13.1)
<--likes the marathon, too, but it always involves so much training
<--apologizes for the totally self-absorbed post
