What are the differences between MM and MIS?

I actually like both of these and still use them both. MIS is an older, but very effective workout. The leg workout has done wonders for me. It uses mostly barbells with some dumbell work in it and utilizes traditional exercises. MM is new and has some new moves in it. MM also has band work involved.

I'm sure you'll get more responses, but I enjoy both of them.
