Hi. Does anyone know which of Cathe's DVD's have premixes on them (other than the new Hard Core series)? I want to replace my VCR tapes with DVD's but can't afford all of them. So I'd like to get the ones with Premixes since Cathe's premixes are the BEST.

Hi there,
I am new to Cathe's work outs - just bought IMAX 2/Cardio & Weights and I absolutely love them! My next purchase is LowMAx and I am on the fence wheter to get Teminator or Hardcore Extreme. Which do you recommend? I love cardio, but when it comes to strngth training I prefer videos that are heavier on the upper body work than lower. Any advise would be great! ;) |
